As part of an academic research team exploring the evolving world of executive leadership, we are inviting current and former fractional C-suite executives to participate in a short academic study.
🔍 About the Study
Our study, titled Unpacking the Organizational Commitment of Fractional Employees: The Case of the C-Suite Executive, aims to better understand how modern career mindsets (like protean and boundaryless career orientations) influence organizational commitment in fractional leadership roles.
Fractional executives play a growing role in today’s dynamic business landscape, but we still know relatively little about how they connect (or don’t connect) with the organizations they serve. This research seeks to fill that gap.
👤 Who Can Participate
If you are currently working as a fractional C-suite executive, or have done so in the past, you are eligible to participate. We aim to collect responses from approximately 200 professionals across various industries.
📝 What You’ll Do
Participation involves completing a short, anonymous online survey hosted on Qualtrics. It takes just less than 15 minutes and does not collect any personally identifiable information.
🔒 Your Privacy
Your participation is completely voluntary and your responses will be kept confidential. No names or identifying details will be reported in any results. The data will be analyzed in aggregate for academic purposes only.
👥 About the Research Team
This study is led by Shalom Charles Malka of Lindsey Wilson College, with support from a research team of professionals and scholars passionate about executive leadership and organizational behavior.
